For this project, I already have a really strong idea of what I want to create, as well as sketches of each page of the webventure. Basically, I want it to be a story about finding a cat /kitten outside and having to figure out what to do with it through a series of choices the viewer of the project will make. I don't know if I'm going to include any major "twists," but I think I'm going to have a few right/wrong answers (wrong answers just lead to an option saying start again). I want to use pretty simple drawings/gifs in a cute style for this, like a simpler cartoon style. I've been focusing on realism and abstraction/impressionism in my other art class, and I miss getting to make silly little cartoonish drawings, so I think that my project will make use of that style mostly, if not entirely. I think I also want to use minimal shading in this, maybe just simple block shading if anything. The color pallet will also probably be pretty simple, but I'm not sure exactly what colors I will use yet.

I'm pretty excited about this project though. I always loved reading the choose your own adventure books that R.L. Stein (the author of Goosebumps) published, and while I'm not going to make this a horror-based project (probably), I'm excited to get to do a choose your own webventure project in general. I've always found interactive art and storytelling like this to be really fun.
